Angels Blessings Personal Care Home is a licensed Personal Care Home in Barrow County, Georgia. Since opening our first facility in 2023, we have earned the trust of families by delivering exceptional, personalized care in a safe and welcoming home environment.

We specialize in supporting adults and aging individuals who need supervision while maintaining their dignity and independence. Our intimate setting allows for meaningful one-on-one attention, genuine connection, and true peace of mind for families. Residents are not simply cared for; they are known, valued, and treated like family. Angels Blessings Personal Care Home is led by Paceline Jean, Registered Nurse and DAISY Award Nominee, who brings over 20 years of healthcare experience in Florida and Georgia. She has served as a Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing and holds an MBA, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, and a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership. Her clinical expertise and genuine passion for senior care are the foundation of the compassionate, high-quality service we provide every day.
