Angels Blessings Personal Care Home is a new licensed and insured Personal Care Home located in Barrow County, Georgia. We offer services to adults, especially to aging individuals in need of supervision with their care while maintaining their independence.

Angels Blessings Personal Care Home is specifically designed and equipped with the necessary accommodations to offer comfort and security by providing a clean, comfortable, nurturing, and safe environment for all residents.

Angels Blessings Personal Care Home is managed by Paceline Jean, Registered Nurse and DAISY Award Nominee, who has worked for over 17 years in various healthcare settings in Florida and in Georgia.

Moreover, Miss Jean has performed in the role of Nurse Manager in acute and subacute care settings; she has led clinical teams in the post-acute care setting as Director of nursing. Miss Jean has a MBA, a master’s degree in Healthcare Management, and a master’s degree in Nursing Leadership.
Miss Jean is truly passionate when it comes to taking care of people. Per experience, she knows that the senior population doesn’t always receive the care that they deserve. Therefore, she is dedicated to provide the best quality of care they deserve through Angels Blessings Personal Care Home .
